NEW AIConfident Charity Leader Cohorts
Delivered in partnership with Kent Community Foundation, for charities based in Kent
Are you a charity leader who can see that AI is changing the world around them and is keen to embrace it?
Do you want a blend of AI expertise, change management and coaching to help you navigate these changes with confidence?
Join our AIConfident Charity Leaders Cohorts. Four x 2hr online modules, over four months. Affordably priced, starting in Jan 2025.
Setting you up to lead your charity in an AI-enabled world.
Why did we design these cohorts for charity leaders?
The rapid, widespread use of Artificial Intelligence will profoundly change the external and internal context for charities and social enterprises. There is an opportunity for many of these organisations to improve their teams’ understanding of AI and engagement with emerging technologies.
But we understand that responding to change doesn't come through a single workshop or a one day course.
So we are running a modular course for charity leaders, combining AI expertise, change management and coaching techniques, to support you as you adapt to AI with confidence.

The content is an evolution of a one-day course that we previously delivered, described by one attendee as 'hands down the best online course I've been on'. It will help you take a holistic look at the implications of AI for your organisation and set out plans to respond proactively to the external and internal changes that AI use will bring.
Over the course of 4 x 2hr modules, delivered once each month for 4 months, we'll support you through:
Understanding the implications of AI for your charity, identifying how AI might impact your objectives; the priority changes you want to achieve; and who will help you achieve your changes;
Experimenting safely by giving you the tools to run internal training for staff on the safe and responsible use of AI;
Putting in place an AI policy, supporting you with developing and communicating your policy, deepening understanding of AI Ethics;
Communicating your approach equipping you to lead the conversation on the impacts of artificial intelligence with your staff, trustees and the community you serve
-
Undertaken in group sizes of up to 10 people, the sessions will be delivered through our unique blend of deep AI expertise, proven change management processes, and leadership coaching, while also providing the opportunity for peer-to-peer learning.
Each session will include:
a check-in on progress against last month's goals;
AI expert input providing you with the tools that you need to lead for the changes you want to see;
peer-to-peer discussion and goal-setting for the upcoming month.

Kent Community Foundation has been finding, funding, and supporting some of the smallest voluntary organisations in the county for over 20 years. In this time, we have distributed nearly £60 million to support thousands of small charities and deserving causes where a modest sum of money can make a significant impact.
We are part of a UK wide accredited network of 47 Community Foundations who are committed to improving the lives of local people and communities, particularly the most vulnerable, isolated, and disadvantaged by matching those who want to help, with those who need the help.
Responsible for more than 95 philanthropic funds, Kent Community Foundation is unrivalled in its knowledge of local causes and assists individuals, families, and businesses, who want to help, to establish and administer their own charitable funds.
