Harness the potential of AI with expert coaching and change management

We empower you to make confident decisions about the impact of Artificial Intelligence and the world of possibilities it opens up to you

Why?

We believe that the transformative power of AI should result in a more equal society.

Organisations who stand to benefit the most may have the least capacity to think innovatively about deploying AI responsibly. Many not-for-profit organisations need to respond to the impact of other people's use of AI technologies on the communities they serve.

Our mission is to empower schools, not-for-profits and SMEs to understand the holistic implications of the AI revolution and harness its full potential with confidence and responsibility.

As a social enterprise, our Articles of Association will drive us to invest the majority of our profits into supporting those organisations with the least capacity to make these changes, as we believe they are also the organisations that stand to benefit the most.

How?

Let us shine a light on your AI opportunities and risks

We combine decades of AI knowledge with change management expertise and a coaching-led approach guides you by the hand through the maze of implications, empowering your teams to work safely with AI, understand its consequences for your community, and use it to its maximum benefit.

Founded by former Deputy Head of the British Government’s Office for Artificial Intelligence, Tim Cook, we have helped a number of organisations to embed responsible AI practices to bring about transformational change.

Always driven by purpose over profit, we’ve coached schools, charities, leaders and small businesses through the rapid changes AI has brought to their world.

What?

We work in partnership with you throughout your journey to AI Confidence.

We have a range of workshops, leadership programmes and policy support that we can tailor to your not-for-profit, school or SME.

For Schools

AI is revolutionising how teachers teach – and today’s children will reap the benefits of generative AI in ways we haven’t even thought about yet.

We’re here to help academic establishments equip their students with the knowledge and skills required to use AI technologies safely and responsibly.

For Charities, Not-for-profits, and SMEs

For charities and non-profits, AI has the power to deliver enormous change, for organisation and for the communities they serve.

AIConfident has been set up as a social enterprise, so most of our profits are ploughed into meeting the specific needs of charities & civil society organisations because we believe AI deployment should be accessible for all.

Our approach will always be to develop and empower your people, providing them with the knowledge and tools to deliver lasting change and put your organisation at the forefront of the AI revolution.

Our coaching-led work means we will ask the questions that will help you to help develop an approach to AI adoption that aligns with your own values and goals.

AI Confident have been an asset through every level of our school since Tim led training for our staff in our January Inset day, running both whole staff lectures and workshops with smaller groups, which received overwhelmingly positive feedback. Tim returned to present assemblies to our pupils, run an online Q&A with our parents and lead discussions with our governors. With support from AIConfident, we have developed a whole school approach to the use of AI and hope to continue working with him in the future.

Tim's background speaks for itself, his presentation skills are excellent, being able to engage the very confident users or AI and the not so, and his calm dementor makes him a welcoming and engaging individualJames McNaughton, Head of Digital Transformation, LVS Ascot

“The AIConfident session that Tim delivered was absolutely brilliant. He balanced teaching us practical applications of generative AI with an insightful dive into the philosophical questions surrounding its ethics. The session was well tailored to our needs in the social impact sector, and colleagues were raving about how thought-provoking it was. Tim gave us practical tools for harnessing AI in our organisations, coupled with a deep understanding of ethics best practices” - Ali Nourish, Programme Delivery Manager, OnPurpose

“The online and in-person AIConfident workshops have been a fantastic start to our AI journey at Ark Curriculum Plus. The delivery and tone for both sessions was spot on, and the AIConfident approach to use-case development really helped us consider the practicalities and challenges, offering a framework that deepened and challenged our thinking about how we might use AI in the organisation. The session was well-paced, giving us the opportunity to experiment in a structured way with generative AI and to focus on our specific team situations. The workshop pushed our thinking forward, helping us understand wider use cases and the risks involved. Tim's guidance was instrumental in breaking down individual cases, challenging us to focus first on the problems we wanted to solve, and then exploring whether or not AI was the appropriate solution to the problem. We left the sessions with actionable insights and a newfound confidence in harnessing AI responsibly and effectively” - Liz Tyler, Managing Director, Ark Curriculum Plus

“Our work with AIConfident has rapidly taken us to a point where teachers and students are confident in the use of AI, with a clear understanding of its benefits. Through practical workshop sessions, Tim has not only instilled a deep understanding of the technology but has also emphasised the importance of using it responsibly. Tim's excellent support has set a benchmark for utilising generative AI effectively and ethically, paving the way for further educational innovation. We feel like we are at the start of an exciting journey.” - Michael Shaw, Academic Principle, Buckswood School
